He said none of these concerns interfered with the safety or integrity of our roof, and explained everything in a way that a layperson such as me would understand. In short, Rick said our roof is in great shape and doesn’t need to have anything done at all. He could have simply agreed with the other contractor and racked up more business for himself if he had wanted to do so; instead he didn’t charge me a cent for his time and effort although I would have been very happy to pay for the peace of mind he gave me. "Leon , the owner came to do the bid on the repairs the day I called him. ( one company I called said it would be 6 weeks before I could even get a bid). Another quoted a minimum $4000. charge for repairs. Leon was very friendly. He went on the roof to check the two areas that were leaking. He took pictures to show me the problem areas. Keep in mind I had the roof done 5 years ago with a 25 year warranty. A lot of good that did because they filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. Company was Peterson Dean. Largest roofing company in the US. Leon quoted me a price which seemed very fair. So i agreed. This was on a Thursday. They were out the following Monday to do the repairs and finished the same day. They took before and after pictures so I could see what was done. Iâ m 73 so I donâ t climb ladders to the second story roof any longer. He gave me a five year warranty on the work which is fine with me. Weâ ll know for sure with the first rain. Iâ m confident that it wonâ t leak. I would recommend him to anyone looking for repairs or complete reroof. Just a sidebar, l was in roofing 35 years ago so I had a pretty good idea of what needed to be done and they took care of it without overcharging me. Thanks Leon !"

We went from a damaged roof to a nicely part shingled roof & part torchdown (for flat part over garage). The project manager was very helpful & so was the office. In fact, during a communication error (on our part, not theirs) the owner called to reach out to us. We were very pleased with their communication and service. They also recommended the most cost effective measure to address some rafter issues. We would definitely recommend this company."
