"I called Blue Orca Appliance Repair because my LG gas dryer was not heating. Artem, the technician, arrived on time as promised. He explained that he would look at my dryer and then diagnose the problem. After determining what the problem was he quoted me the price for labor and parts. He replaced my faulty thermostats and completely vacuumed and cleaned out the interior of the dryer before re-installing the drum and putting everything back together. He told me to call if there were any issues with the repair. Artem was very polite and competent and did not leave any messes . After various loads of laundry, the dryer is working great. He does every type of appliance repair. I would highly recommend him for any type of repairs m. Armando "

"Chris was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, order the part, then show up and fix my Maytag fridge very quickly! Chris complete professional, he knew exactly what the problem was, showed up on time, and fixed the problem very quickly. I am a property manager for a living and have used many appliance repair companies. None of those companies come close to the service I got with Chris."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
