"This company is great! I had an appointment with a different plumbing company for this morning. I was given a time frame of 2 hours (8-10) to have toilet fixed. I waited, getting nervous as it approached 10 and had not heard a peep from the first plumber. A few minutes after 10 the first plumber called and wanted to reschedule. I was pretty upset. I started searching angieslist again and the first two plumbing companies said they wouldn't be able to get a plumber out today but recommended Plumbing Plus. I am glad they did. I called and was given a two hour time frame 3-5p for today. Awesome! At 223pm I received a text stating the tech's name Robert from Plumbing Plus was on his way along with details of Robert's experience as well as a pic and contact number...wow!...very impressed and very appreciative of such great customer service! Robert is professional and courteous. He arrived before 3 and took very little time to get the job completed. I recommend Plumbing Plus and will definitely have them return to fix any plumbing."

The technician used hydro-jetting equipment and cleared the line quickly. They even did a complimentary camera of our line and found no other issues. The price was reasonable for such an extensive service. Definitely will use them again!"

"excellent customer service but why replacement installation of a garbage disposal......15 minute job with my new disoasal(exact same model and make of the one being replaced) costing nearly $400.00 plus my cost for the disposal........ and ARS was not the most expensive......I am so dissapointed but only in the cost not the job done....thank you ARS for coming quickly and getting the repair done for my tenant"

I decided to go with the toilet replacement altogether and angle valve replacement as well. Mickey provided everything, did an immaculate job and he even cleaned up the entire area as well when he finished. Very professional, very easy, very smooth. 10/10 experience.
