"All I have to say is that I was massively impressed. We just moved to Marco and we were under a lot of stress with the move and everything that needed to be done with the house. We'd gotten the runaround from so many people before we joined Angieslist and started getting good referrals. Magic came in so much lower than the other estimate that I was afraid. Then to top it off they said that they would clean the gutters for free after cutting down all the coconuts (since they'd be up on the roof anyway).
The price wasn't cheap because we needed a lot done, but it was so much lower than the first estimate. My gut was telling me to trust them as opposed to the other quote that felt like they were trying to rip me off. My hubby and I signed the contract on the spot and they came 2 weeks later as promised (just after Xmas).
They were friendly and knowledgeable. They were clean and efficient.
I was even surprised to get a hand written thank you note. I have personally referred them to 2 other people.
