"Following up of my previous review of this company post Hurricane Ian. Phoenix Contracting replaced my rolled asphalt flat roof about 3 weeks prior to Hurricane Ian hitting on September 28, 2022. I am very happy to inform you that nothing on my roof moved. I inspected the roof and it is as tight as the day it passed final inspection."

"After a bad experience with a local roofing company we needed a company that we could depend on to do what they said they would do, in the time that they said they would do it, and have the job completed satisfactorily when promised. Roman Roofing in Cape Coral was highly recommended to us. A family owned business, Roman Roofing went above and beyond our expectations. Each of the employees at Roman has a job to do that keeps the business running smoothly and efficiently and keeps their customers informed. Our salesman Clint was very professional and knowledgeable and he was key in our decision to select Roman Roofing to install our roof. Allen, in operations, answered our many questions and kept us informed of the timeline for the tearoff and the roof installation as well as when inspections from the city could be expected. His communication assured us that we made the right decision. Michael and his crew did a great job working hard in completing our 5100 sq foot tear off in only 1 day. Edwin and his crew who installed the shingles, worked efficiently and completed their job in 1 day as well. Both crews were very professional and polite. JR and Jamey’s follow ups assured us that the work was done to code and ready for the city inspection, and that the cleanup was done to our satisfaction. The girls in the office also helped us navigate through an online portal, a communication tool that keeps the customer informed. Norm, the owner of Roman Roofing, who we also had the pleasure of meeting, is very personable and he is passionate about making sure that all of his customers have quality roofs installed correctly in a timely manner, as well as making sure each customer is completely satisfied with the job done. Roman Roofing is an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau having an A+ rating. We would highly recommend Roman for their reliability, honesty and superb workmanship. We are very pleased with our new roof. Jim and Lorry Parks"

"I had two other companies tell me that I needed a complete roof replacement, which was going to cost me a fortune. When Saint Raphael Roofing came out for an inspection, the technician told me that my roof actually had five to seven years of life left. He explained that a few simple repairs and some maintenance on the pipe boots would solve my current leaks for a fraction of the cost. I was so impressed by their honesty that I hired them on the spot to do the repairs. They didn't try to pressure me into a contract I didn't need or use "scare tactics" about my roof's condition. When the time eventually comes for a full replacement, I won't even call for other quotes. I trust this company implicitly because they put the customer?s needs above their own profit margins."

"The salesman was friendly and professional. The sales meeting was short. We received a discount for accepting and scheduling the same day. The roof was installed as promised and the crew cleaned up before they left. We are very happy with the process and result."

"I hired Legrand's Roofing after hurricane Ian damaged our roof and I am thoroughly impressed with their service. The quality of their work was exceptional, demonstrating both skill and attention to detail. The team was quick and efficient, completing the job in a timely manner without compromising on quality. I highly recommend Legrand's Roofing for anyone needing reliable and high-quality roofing services!"

"Good work in a timely manner"

"Top Hat Roofing is a Top-Notch, First-Class roofing company that specializes in roofing. Mitch is the ultimate professional and a genuinely nice, caring person who pays attention to detail, listens to what you have to say and gets the job done with the degree of experience he and his tradesmen have. He also is very honest in his appraisals and is very fair in his pricing. We had about 15-20 inches of rain this past week and it exposed a bad leak in the roof. I called and explained my situation with the leak in the roof and Mitch was kind enough and cared enough to come out that same day within a few hours to listen and see what had happened. He knew exactly what was wrong and knew what to do to fix it. He sent Isidro out to me within 2 days. Isidro is an expert in roofing. He found more issues with the roof and fixed them. He is a master at this and it showed as he was able to correct all of the issues. I have dealt with other companies that don’t come close to this one."

"Totally happy with the company. Honest, fair priced, no up sells, arrived and finished on time. They replaced or repaired 4 houses on my street. Every customer pleased. Already recommended them to two other people looking for a roof company."

"After hurricane ian our condo was restored to normal thanks to the Roofing Group. Professional workmanship on our beautiful new tiled roof. Paul is excellent with communication throughout his projects. We would hire the Roofing Group again."
