"I'd give them 100 stars if available! Tom kept me appraised of the progress every step of the way. I inherited an old, neglected house. The roof was a total, rotten mess. Tom and I walked the roof after the old roofing was torn off, exposing the deterioration of the underlying structure. He explained to me the different alternatives to reroof and the costs of each. I was pleasantly surprised at the final cost; it was well within what I had budgeted for the project even with the additional cost of replacing rotten wood that I was previously unaware of. I didn't get a metal roof that I thought I wanted because of the low pitch of the roof (1/12), it had nothing to do with the contractor, I chose the final product due to code enforcement regulations. His work crew were very industrious and respectful of my property. I walked the property after they left. I found NO nails, screws or debris left behind. I highly recommend this roofing company for price, courtesy, professionalism, and personal integrity. I am one happy Great-grandma!"

To my surprise, their sales rep was the most knowledgeable and approachable. In a peak economy, it's common to see sales reps just leave an estimate and disappear, but Westfall Roofing took the time to answer all of questions. As someone who works in the industry, they confidently and accurately answered even technical questions. He was able to explain the pros and cons of Owens Corning vs GAF vs Certainteed and the value that Owens Corning provides in our market. There were no shortcuts taken on the materials proposed and no unnecessary add-ons included. Throughout the process, Westfall Roofing, made sure we were proactively updated on next steps and expectations. There was nothing that came as a surprise due to their great communication and attention to detail. There was no work done that deviated from the work order without our prior approval and everything was properly documented with pictures. They also made sure to verify the colors of materials and work to be done on a few occasions to ensure no mistakes occured. On install day, they showed up and knocked out the reroof in just 1 day. To put this into perspective, we have the largest roof in our community and the other homes are taking 2-3 days to complete. Additionally, the permit passed inspection on the first attempt with no rework required. Their site supervisor showed up again the day after the install to confirm and correct any minor areas of concern, prior to inspection. Westfall Roofing excelled in literally every aspect. "Top Hat Roofing is a Top-Notch, First-Class roofing company that specializes in roofing. Mitch is the ultimate professional and a genuinely nice, caring person who pays attention to detail, listens to what you have to say and gets the job done with the degree of experience he and his tradesmen have. He also is very honest in his appraisals and is very fair in his pricing. We had about 15-20 inches of rain this past week and it exposed a bad leak in the roof. I called and explained my situation with the leak in the roof and Mitch was kind enough and cared enough to come out that same day within a few hours to listen and see what had happened.
