"I was very impressed with how hard the crew worked and how organized and efficient they were. The driveway, patio, and garage floor were beautifully done in a timely fashion. I enjoy the results every day. With a construction project, clean-up is inevitable, but better communication with the homeowner would prevent extra work. I had recently added expensive landscape rock and moved it well away from the work area. It was frustrating to find that the crew had raked the rock into the dirt created from excavation. Correcting this mistake was frustrating and labor-intensive. If they had simply consulted with me first, it would have saved a great deal of time and effort. The other problem is poor communication. I had called David with some questions but two weeks later had received no further response, except a text advising me to grow grass around the patio. The important question about sealing the concrete was left unanswered as was a request for a referral for ironwork. I reached out again but still received no answer. I recently emailed but for the third time, no response."

It was a smooth process from the initial estimate to the removal and replacement of my concrete driveway.
