Classic or trendy, Kristeen teaches at a local college and knows what’s out there and what we could expect. Communication was easy and prompt. Everyone was GREAT to work with and the job was completed ON TIME. They go ABOVE & BEYOND! Over a year after we were done our “Smart” faucet motor went out. At no charge, father and son came out and switched it out for us. We have done our share of remodeling and wish we had found them sooner. I LOVE my kitchen!"

Our family business was started by my father in 1949 & I worked in it helping my father from a young age taking time out to get my degree in mechanical engineering from K-State. We sell product from only the best manufacturers like Kohler Plumbing Fixtures, Lennox heating & cooling equipment, Honeywell Controls, A.O. Smith Water Heaters, Insinkerator Garbage Disposer & so on. We have a large Kohler Registered Plumbing Fixture Showroom where you can pick out fixtures for our own employees to install in your home. We can remodel your bath or kitchen from start to finish using our own employees to do all of the work or repair your furnace or air conditioner, clean a drain, dig up your sewer & all with our own employees...Not subcontractors...Try us...You'll like us. "Dishonest.. companies like this is who you want to stay away from. Don’t use them. Tech came and tried to charge me 965 dollars for minor toilet leak. To buy the part which is a gasket and some screws it would cost me 965. If I were to replace the entire toilet it would cost me 1500.00! The kohler genuine part cost is 7.00 on Amazon and Home Depot. So even if they had 100% markup on the it should have cost 14-15 dollars for the part. That means they wanted to charge 950+ dollars in labor. Lowe’s sells a brand new kohler toilet for 199.99 and will professionally install it for 250.00! This company is dishonest. Don’t use them."

"From initial contact Faith in god remodeling was here within a couple of days to give me a bid on work I needed done to a house I just moved into. Once he arrived on the job he was knowledgeable and friendly and gave me an estimate right away. We decided to use them with having two different bids. The new trim and paint on the interior made our house look brand new from what it was before. They repaired all the holes and cracked and painted from top to bottom. We also had a new deck put on and it turned out great. His workers really take pride in their jobs and made sure they did it right. From start to finish inside and out with furniture and appliances in the home, They were in and out within a week. Really happy with this company and will be using them for anymore home improvements we need!"

"Reddi Services were called to repair a busted pipe and the plumber arrived 12/26/2022. He was to arrive between 2:00pm- 5:00pm. He actually arrive at 5:46pm and walked to our door at 5:52 per our camera system. He then proceeded to tell us he wanted to start in the basement to look for the leak and told us to turn our water on so he could find the leak. This was after we showed him the water damage to our main floor ceiling. We then asked him to start upstairs and he asked if we could leaving the water running which we did. He said he thought it was behind our washer. My husband turn the water off to the house and the plumber cut the wall. He then yelled out I found the leak but he needed to go to Home Depot. I took a look at the completely broken pipe and asked him why there was no water damage at which he stated " I don't know". He came back with the pipe and "fixed the pipe" Asked us to turn the water back on and the water continued to leak everywhere. He then said he could come back the next day because there are multiple leaks. We asked for the estimate and he would not provide one, then stated he charged "175.00 per hour and it would be a all day job. After he left I thought about it and had my husband call to cancel. We scheduled another plumber and he stated "the leak was not behind our washer, and the previous plumber broke the pipe as he did not see any water damage. He found the leak which was on the first floor in the ceiling and were the water was pooling and did not tell me to turn my water on to find the leak. My husband was sent a bill from Reddi Services for 221.45. I spoke with Gina Law who stated she was the manager and informed her I was not paying for the damage her plumber did and sent her pictures of her plumber's work as well as the work invoice done by the other plumbing company. She did not apologize for her plumbers lack of integrity nor his signing the invoice with an X. Please see documents. The plumber's name is Nathan Peppers."
