"I have an older electrice stove whose oven just quit working. The stove top worked great, but any button you pushed to bake, broil or or accomplished anything in the oven, the response would be, "beep, beep!" Appliance Wizardz, Mason, was courteous, professional, knowledgable (able to find information on an appliance that was 10 to 15 years old) and resolve the problem. He did this quickly, professionaly, explained the options all without pressure to do the most expensive thing. He has definitely gone to the top of my list to call if zi have a problem. "Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."
