"The only issue I have is with the installation...they didn't do a good job. They broke a few items during the installation that someone had to come back at a later date to fix (screw plug area was cracked, cracked sliding area, and then they said that one of the windows was missing a screw/pin). After they left I found some areas that they did not caulk so they returned a few days later (because it was supposed to rain) to caulk the missed areas. The windows look good and time will tell the quality of the windows themselves. I was also told that if there was any wood rot that this would be addressed/replaced by the installers, however he told me that they do not do that/that a contractor would have to do that (they did find an area with some wood rot and did not replace this wood). I would use window world again but who they contracted with to do this installation was the problem."

"Needed to replace and repair lots of rotten wood, and peeling paint on the house. looked at several options, and Continental worked hard to earn my business. They made a great sell, and provided financing that worked within my budget. It may have taken a while to get the actual work started (due in part to the COVID pandemic slowing everything down) but they called me every two weeks with an update on my position in line. The house looks fantastic, and I never need to worry about rotten siding again. Would highly recommend."

tProject was bid last Fall and delayed at our request until Spring. The original bid was probably underpriced due to a miscalculation on their part but they stood by their bid. We discussed using pre-colored Hardyboard but Brian convinced us that a better result would be obtained by using the non-colored siding and then painting. We worked pros and cons to wrapping eves as opposed to using Hardy products. When the weather finally cooperated, the crews started arriving. They took pictures of the house before starting, so they would remember how everything went back. The crews they use for siding installation, painting, and gutters were all sutcontractors but top notch. Brian was the company project manager and he kept me informed of plans and suggested changes. The gutters were originally bid for 5 inch gutters but after re-evaluating our roof runoff, they upgraded to 6 inch w/o additional charge The siding crew were just amazing. Arriving early morning and working non stop until there was no more light. They were exact in their measurements and always in good spirits and very respectful of our personal space. They were not used to working on a rolled steel roof so their ladders scraped some of the finish off but quickly repaired it after I pointed it out  They cleaned  the site up completely at the end of each day...and believe me their is lots of trash in a project like this.  They could not figure our how to get my nightscape lighting back on correctly, so they paid for the original company to come out and re-install it. The painters were another crew that did great prep work and worked well with the siding crew. The gutter crew were done in a day.

"JD and his crew are professional and efficient.  He replaces the involved woodrot part rather than patches the area.
The craftsmanship is excellent. He had custom sashes made for window involvement and even replaced alarm magnets
recessed in some of the sashes.
JD also returned for further repair as promised after our painter uncovered additional woodrot powerwashing the
house in prepping it.  The one thing I would advise for those having their house painted is to schedule the woodrot 
repair after the house is prepped/powerwashed and all involved areas are exposed so that you can have all woodrot repaired at once. 
This should save you scheduling headaches as JD is very busy.
