I had never heard of onyx and when he showed me and suggested I try it I was more than ready. He help me with my choices of matching my bathroom tile and my vanity sink to the colors I needed and wanted in my shower. Their install time was three months out from when I met with him but I was in no hurry and it was well worth the wait. The installer, Zack, did a great job removing the old tub and shower doors and installing a New walk in shower. He cleaned everything up and you would hardly know he was here doing all that work. "The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

Most of the other projects he was able to handle and did a good job, especially with The installation of new kickboard/baseboards in the kitchen. He did a really good job with that and also did a good job with stabilizing a doorstop and also sanding down the corner on some trim so that it would clear my front door when the door was opened and closed. The items on my list that he helped me with he did a good job on. I went ahead and gave him a five out of five rating for the things he was able to help me with. He was also a very honest and nice person so I gave him the higher rating for all that. I’ll have to look elsewhere to find someone to assist with the finishing of hanging wallpaper"
