"Representative came to our house. Inspected and measured windows. He informed us of the various options. Very friendly and professional. We didn't feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. Half of the cost was expected at the time of the order. We had to wait over a month for the installation but were told that up front. Installation was done in that promised time frame. Day of installation, the worker explained what they would do and answered all questions. They were done in less than 2 hours which included a very good cleaning of the installation area and windows. I immediately noticed less noise and draft from the new windows. We were very pleased with the windows and the work."

"This was a BIG job. The house had old batten board siding that was rotted out in many places. We also had many windowsills that were deteriorating with dry rot. The PBA crew did work that was not only conscientious, it was masterful. They replace all of the rotten boards first, then applied the new siding, and covered all of the sills, soffits, etc with custom molded solutions. They didn't just cover things up with siding, they fixed the issues first. They caulked around all the windows, offered to replace our outdoor lighting at no extra labor charge, and installed cool looking borders around our exterior outlets and fixtures. Stepping back into the yard, it looks like a new house, and viewed up close, you can see that the crew knew what they were doing. I rarely feel this strongly about a company's delivery, but this was above and beyond excellent. Highly recommend."

"Larry and the crew finished an approximately 600 square foot basement area including a bedroom/office, main room, and full bathroom. The job did take longer than planned but there were both supply issues and weather issues that slowed them down. The work area was kept fairly clean and they took pains to keep the rest of my house clean and protected throughout the process. I wanted this job done by the books and Larry went through the process of transferring his license to Johnson County, pulling the permits, and scheduling the inspections. The inspector was very complimentary about the work and I don not think there were any findings in any of the inspections, which tells me it was a job well done. We made several changes along the way including adding a linen closet and additional closet under the stairs, and changing the location of one of the walls. We also had to work through a couple of quirks that every house will throw at you but the team did a great job adapting. If I had to be critical about anything it would be inefficiency. There were lot of trips to the hardware store for supplies which may have contributed to the longer than planned job duration, however, that impacts IDC more than me. I trusted Larry and the team with my home and we are pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend IDC for any jobs you have in the South Kansas City area."

"PBA was recommended to me by a neighbor who had siding replaced and was happy with the work done. Higor and Juan were pleasant to work with and very knowledegable. Our project was new siding (premium vinyl) and gutters replaced and foundation painted. We're very pleased with the results. It rained for eight straight days at the beginning of the project but the crew worked around it as best they could and made sure enough was done on work days that the house was not left exposed to the weather. Higor was very responsive (by phone and/or text) when questions or concerns about details of the project came about. Overall very satisfactory experience, except for weather delays which was out of anyones' control."

"Overall the crew did a decent job. However, the job clearly needed another day, and it seemed rushed. There were many spots that were missed and needed a second coat of paint, Hogan did come back out and have all that could be corrected handled. However, the areas that were already covered with the clear coat are still lacking in quality and you can see another coat of paint/stain was needed before the coat was put on. I would also recommend that they cover the floors and properly tape areas before painting. We are still finding spots of paint on the carpet and floors. Cleanup could have been much better."
