"I'm a landlord and deal with contractors often. PBA is among the best I've worked with. I had a small but difficult siding repair. They showed up promptly for the bid and gave estimate on the spot. The work was done professionally; they cleaned up afterword; their advice as to materials, matching existing siding, etc was right on. When it turned out there was some rot in the structure behind the siding, they replace it without issue. They replaced flashing, and rehung gutters. And they kept to the original bid without whining (as I've had some contractors do) about how much extra work was needed. All in all I'm quite pleased."

"After interviewing representatives from two other companies (Home Depot & Pella) and viewing many Window World YouTube installation videos, I selected Window World. Home Depot - I didn't feel comfortable using Home depot, although their window seemed to be a high quality window. I just didn't feel good about their proposed installation process. Pella - While I felt comfortable with the window quality and the installation process, their pricing was nearly double what Window World quoted. I asked all three vendors what they could tell me about the other two companies. This was quite informative. I was impressed that all were hesitant to say anything negative about the others. However, I pressed them to share why they felt I should select them over the others. The Pella representative made statements which later research revealed were either misleading or false. This created trust issues. The Window World installation crew arrived when expected and worked well together. They surpassed my expectations by "going the extra mile". I had many questions during the installation, which they answered completely. The crew leader even made a suggestion (then implemented it) for how to deal with the spot left over when mullions were removed during conversion from side by side double hung windows to one larger sliding window in 3 different locations. I don't handle surprises well, so I ask lots of questions and do lots of research beforehand. Yes, their were some surprises with Window World, but they were all "good" surprises which exceeded my expectations.. The work was completed much quicker than I expected. They cleaned up the demolition mess completely. The windows look very good and function well."

"Besides the siding, we also had the Windows replaced and the roof replaced. And all of it was done in about a week! When you realize that everything had to be pulled off before the new could go on, that seemed really fast for us. They were also able to schedule some bathroom updates, sinks/countertops & a shower stall with seat, to start and finish the same week. Great coordination and quality work."
