"Sean is awesome came in the first time to fix our slider which was really hard to open and close so he replaced the track. Couple weeks later came back to replace the rollers but only charged for the parts, that fixed the hard sliding but then it started making a popping noise when you would open and close it. Called Sean and he came out within days of me calling. Took it off the track and worked his magic. Now the slider can be opened with one finger and is whisper quiet. I’m also in the trades and I know how hard it is to go back to the same repair multiple times but Sean is very professional and honest and puts the customer first and totally stands by their 1 year warranty, I’ve heard of other companies that will lie or make excuses to charge for every visit so they can make their “revenue”. For any repairs or upgrades for our doors or windows I will definitely call Sean at Washington Door Service."

Prior to the appointment, Douglas advised me to purchase replacement motors only rather than buy new exhaust fans when I discussed the issue with him. This was consistent with what I had researched online and discussed with a hardware store employee. Saved time, money, and the headache of having to repair and paint the ceiling. "They have now done two separate jobs on different occasions. Jobs consisted of preparing a floor for carpeting after a animal had ruined the previous carpet and wood. Also fixed my front door which was a little crooked so it stuck. I then called them back for drywall work after I had redid my plumbing. Excellent, professional work for both jobs. Well priced. Went above and beyond. Was also very nice and great to talk to. All around great work that I recommend. And I know we will have other projects for this company."
