"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"The afternoon before Thanksgiving (at 3:00 pm!) our oven stopped working. I received a referral to L&L, called, and Lance immediately picked up. He was incredibly positive, solution oriented, and agreed to come by to fix. He was able to diagnose over the phone and came prepared with parts required. I will definitely recommend L&L to friends and feel 100% confident in my 5 star review!"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I called Nutter Appliance to fix my Thermador oven because it wouldn’t heat. Ken, the Thermador technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the oven out of its enclosure and then checked the heating element, wires to heating element, mother board, relay switch that sends current to the heating element, and the Interlock air switch, which closes when the oven fan is blowing to prevent the oven from overheating. The problem was that the Interlock air switch wasn’t closing so that the oven wouldn’t turn on. It was fortunate that I called Nutter Appliance because they had Thermador switch even though the part was no longer available from Thermador. I was really pleased with Nutter Appliance and highly recommend them."

"Best Rate Repair did a fantastic job in replacing out fascia. We were extremely pleased with this company, From the day Mike Spencer came out to estimate the cost of the work needing to be done until the project was completed under the direction of project leader Rob Garland, everything was terrific. Everyone was always extremely polite, work site was cleaned up every single day, and if any issues arose they were taken care of quickly and professionally. We would recommend this company without reservation, and if we need assistance again with home repairs, we will definitely call Mike at Best Rate Repair!"

"Daniel came out for an investigation on a dripping water dispenser in the door on my Dacor fridge. They charged $85 and said that they don't think they can get the part, would have to substitute another part and it would be $750 if they can even get the part. Then said we should just buy a new fridge for $10K. When we never heard back we called Dacor directly, they stated the parts are available and suggested some possible easy fixes. Would not trust these folks, they don't seem interested in fixing issues just using it as a way to up sell you to an entire new appliance."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
