"Problem: My Tile Installer did a horrible install of the shower floor & shower window wall. I just could not learn to “live with it”. Scott responded quickly to my text & agreed to inspect. He qualified my expectations of what he could do to replace and what may go wrong. I felt comfortable with Scott’s experience, opinion and advice.
