Being new to the area I had to pick from the phone book, but I was fortunate because, the man who answered the phone said he would be out the same day and gave an approximate time and a quote of the fee. He was here at the exact time he said. The gentleman who came was actually the owner; Drew Rooney, even took the time to look at a plumbing concern or ours and gave my husband advice on what he could do. "They did the job. Two people came, Left a year's warranty on their work. The other worker repaired a wall coat hanger at no extra charge. That took less than 10 min. I did not ask for their charge upfront. My mistake. I assumed that it would be reasonable based on Angie's other reviews. I was charged $125 for their driving time from Henderson, about 50 miles and $125 for installation. They were late because they went to the other side of Lake Gaston. Many people get lost but that usually happens once they get inside our subdivision. Don't use this service if it involves travel. <br />"
