John was very professional and whatever changes we wanted or anything we didn't like was met with a "yes ma'am" every time. The weather caused the project to take longer than what I had anticipated but we are very happy with the finished deck and I think we got a very good price compared to what other neighbors were paying for their deck.

"It's about 2700 square feet all together of carpeting, wood flooring, and tile in the bathroom. They are always easy to schedule with. I have moved this appointment a couple of times. They show up when they are suppose to show up. They estimate very well as to how long they will be there. They give me an estimate upfront. They come in and measure all at once and stick to what their estimate is. 

The carpet feels clean when they are done. It is damp and has to dry. When it dries, it doesn't feel like there is soap on it. I found them originally from an advertisement on the radio. I have used them for years and years. I shopped around and they did a really good job, so I stuck with them."

"Working with Orlando and Carrie was a positive experience. Orlando came and took the estimate and was professional and efficient. He told me that he would be the one who oversaw all the installation of my carpet, which was nice, knowing that there wouldn't be a lot of other workers in my house. They told me that the job would take two days, and it took four. While I would have rather them told me a closer estimate to the time that it would have taken to do my entire house, I recognize that this is part of CFD keeping prices down and being detailed in laying the flooring and not rushing to get the job done to move onto another job."
