"It was easy making an appointment. The office staff was helpful and I had a choice of days and times. Appointments are set for a 2-hour window and the technician called one-half hour before arriving.
Part of the work was covered by a local online coupon and part was a repair. The technician, David, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and competent at the job and was a pleasure to work with. I didn't know how he would solve the problem of the bracket, which was installed by another company. The replacement looks like it will last as longer than my house lol. The price charged was reasonable, and the work was done quickly and clean-up was perfect.
Needless to say, I will use ABC for any garage door work in the future.

"Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at 1st Security for a few months now and they're great. They're far more responsive than any other alarm company I've worked with and they're focused on meeting your needs, versus endlessly trying to get you to buy more services and sensors that you might not need. In the house I just bought some other alarm company had installed a window open/close sensor on a window that doesn't open - probably fooling the prior senior citizen owners to pay more for more equipment they didn't need. "This is the second time that George's Painting has done work for us.  They have always been prompt and responsive and they do a wonderful job, which they stand behind.  We had exterior work done and it rained the day that they finished up ... Jorge came back and fixed what the rain had damaged as soon as the weather allowed.  We weren't initially happy with the color chosen for the basement stairs; they were repainted with a new color at no additional charge.  We are very happy with their work and will definitely use them again.  The price is on the high side but the quality of the work makes it worth it.
