"Conrad Homes provided a stress free home remodeling experience. the staff was polite, communication was very good. The work product very good, That kind of experience is very hard to find. "We used PI Kitchen and Bath in Frederick to completely remodel our master bathroom. We wanted to update the entire space and make it feel more comfortable and modern, and the finished bathroom is exactly what we were hoping for. There was an unexpected issue during the project that required some additional attention. Our project manager was very responsive and handled it right away. For us, that was actually one of the things that stood out about the company. Remodeling can have surprises, so seeing how a company responds when something doesn?t go exactly as planned is important. They made sure it was corrected properly and kept us informed. The tile work and overall finishing look beautiful, and we?re very happy with the quality of the completed bathroom."

"We had VKB Kitchen and Bath in Frederick remodel our kitchen and could not be happier with how it turned out. Our kitchen was very dated and we wanted to open up the space, improve the storage, and give it a more modern look without making it feel too trendy. The design process was probably the easiest part for us. They helped us work through the cabinet layout, countertops, backsplash, flooring and all the little details we had not even thought about before starting. Once construction began, the team kept us informed and the crew was respectful of our home. The finished kitchen is beautiful and so much more functional than what we had before. We have been using it for a while now and still find ourselves stopping to admire it. Great experience with the Frederick team from beginning to end."

"Edram did a great job. They built the room exactly as I contracted. They were fast, efficient, and had great communication. They left the basement room very clean and ready to paint."

"I am so glad that I chose Innovative Kitchen & Bath for my kitchen remodel. Their customer service is great, their workmanship is impeccable, and the cabinet, flooring, and counter and tile choices were high quality and look wonderful. I love the kitchen. My family and I sometimes just sit and admire it, because it is such an improvement. I will hire this company again for other projects, and I highly recommend them."

"I recently purchased an older house and the washer and dryer were on the 2nd flood. Well after moving in I realized some water damage coming into my kitchen. Apparently, there was a leak in the hose to the washer coming down into my kitchen. I contacted Comprehensive Restoration Services to come look at my leak. They were right on time and laid out a plan of action to take care of the leak coming from the washer along with cutting out and replacing the drywall and painting the repaired patch. They were clean and thorough with their work and didn't take them long at all to complete all the work. I would highly recommend them again in the future."
