"Our regular plumber was crazy booked, and I wasn't willing to live without a bathroom for a week or so, so we checked Angie's List and called Putnam. They were able to fit us in the next day. They were prompt, helpful, and stuck around until they were sure the problem was resolved (even though they had to call in someone else to pump the septic). They also gave us some pro-biotic stuff to put in our septic once a month in the hopes of repairing some of the damage done by previous tenants (the house was being rented before we bought it) with toxic chemicals and plastics flushed down the toilet.
