There was a relay that was pitted and he advised I replace it. The part was $180 and I said to go ahead and fix it. When we came back to the thermostat, I asked him how much to replace it. He said the part with installation was roughly $415 and was made by Honeywell. I told him to go ahead and order the part andit will be fixed shortly as well."
