"Within the past few years, many neighbors in my development (25-year old homes) had complete tear-out the old and bring in the new kitchen renovations, including a close friend whose kitchen layout is the same as mine. I learned a lot about what's involved with a complete tear-out kitchen remodel: the monetary investment and the headaches of losing the functional use of the kitchen for weeks.
