"We had a small job to remove/replace insulation that may have been soiled in our attic from a squirrel that got up there years ago. It was mentioned in our home inspection. After going up to take a look, Sean explained he didn’t see any soiled insulation but there was a small area that had been moved away from the corner and it was effectively empty. It was really too small a job though to warrant them coming out to blow stuff in so he recommended just taking a leaf blower up there to redistribute it evenly. Brilliant idea! He also graciously took a look at our crawl space and identified some areas we should address but ones we could do on our own. He was great to talk to and very helpful and reasonable. "I had a clogged drain line near the street that a rooter guy couldn't break through. I thought I was looking at having to replace the entire line. At the risk of throwing good money after bad, I called Grumpy's. I got great advice over the phone including a number to call if I decided to have the line dug up. The rate I was quoted was reasonable. Grumpy came out and cleared the line in less than half an hour. In addition, he put a scope down the line, found the exact location where roots were getting through, and marked the spot with paint at no extra charge. He wrote down the coupling and pipe I would need to make the repair. When I dug, the break was right where he indicated. Grumpy was a real pro. He saved me a bunch of time and money."
