"I am overjoyed, not kidding. Lacy and her crew were fabulous. Very personable! I am looking forward to them coming back on a more regular basis. My experience with them was ACES! My family just accepts that I am a slob and a lousy housekeeper. When they visited me this last time, they literally fell silent upon entering. It was a new place. Lacy had helped me clear out clutter, so the house itself had looked good to begin with. The corners were visible, so the living room felt larger. We had relocated the floor of my office that had disappeared under storage boxes and paperwork. She and her crew cleaned, WOW did they clean! I had thought I would have to refinish my masonry fireplace to make it look good again, but Lacy proved me wrong. My dull floors had new life, the countertops in the kitchen look like they did when they were brand new, the appliances shined like new money, my house was just so inviting. I love it!"

"I had a great experience!  I wanted my upholstery cleaned (remove all dog urine odors from sofa before Thanksgiving).  I called and was given an  appointment that was convenient with me that week.  Bobby called before they came and arrived very cheerfully on a Saturday morning.  They vacuumed VERY thoroughly before cleaning so as to to remove as much pet hair as possible before cleaning.  Both Bobby the owner and his son, Bobby, were very friendly, professional, and made me feel that they took pride in their work and wanted me to be completely satisfied.  I thought the cost was very reasonable and would use them again in a heartbeat.  I highly recommend Rug Ratz for upholstery cleaning!  Actually, I was at a loss for who to use, so I turned to Angies's List.  Rug Ratz was highly rated and now I know why.  Thank you Rug Ratz and thank you Angie's List!
