We had to reschedule at one point due to weather, but Matt kept me posted on timing the entire time. Upon installing the gutter, Matt noticed that part of the fascia board has rotted away and he replaced it free of charge. This was above and beyond the scope of the project and he could have just as easily charged for the additional work, but he didn't which was much appreciated. Overall, the team's work was excellent and new gutter looks great. Matt was very professional throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend. "Added gutters, but cleaned out inside of gutters, I had asked for the outside cleaned which are dirty. They said they could do that when I originally called. When they came, they said that they don’t clean outside of gutters. Maybe a miscommunication. For what they did I would give an 8 out of 10. Downspouts not as secure as I would have expected. Unfortunately I wasn’t there when they performed work as they came earlier than expected. Had I been there, I may have been able to resolve some of the issues."

"The company that cleaned my gutters told me that the fascia board on one side of the house was rotted and needed to be replaced. So, I sought several estimates, including from Mass Gutters and Roofing, which had been recommended on a neighborhood social network website. Instead of picking the cheapest company (heeding the well-known admonition - you get what you pay for), I decided to go with Mass Gutters. When Mark Richardson came to see the house, he pointed out several other issues, including the need to add a gutter in the front of the house over the porch, and the bowing of the wood across the bottom of the porch railing from a lack of support. Based on my conversation with Mark, including his observations, explanations, and suggestions, I felt confident that any work he did would be of excellent quality. I was NOT disappointed! Not only was the fascia board replaced, but the cause of the rotting was determined and eliminated by extending the metal that was too short for adequate protection of the wood. And, in addition to all the work we had discussed, Mark provided a solution to a years-long problem with birds nesting under the roof of the front porch. Metal sheets were installed to prevent them from ever returning.  (I look forward to the birds returning next spring, only to discover that they have been permanently evicted!)
When the job was completed, Mark checked to be sure that I was happy with the work (I definitely was!) and told me to call him with any questions or problems.
