"From start to finish, WE Griffin Roofing did outstanding work. An important aspect as that they are both a roofing company as well as a gutter company, and in our case both sets of expertise were needed. We obtained three bids, and decided to choose WE Griffin because Matt Hoffman gave us such an insightful analysis and estimate of the work needed. We had purchased this house (a 1962 split level) last year, and the gutters were literally falling off their fascia boards and also the fascia boards were coming apart as well. Mr. Hoffman diagnosed that potentially extensive roof repair would also be required, including both the rafter tails as well as the sheeting under the shingles near the edges, and including that work in his estimate along with the gutter and trim replacement. His estimate of the work needed turned out to be very accurate as many of the rafter ends and a whole section of sheeting on the back side were rotted and needed repair/replacement. The crew was similarly excellent; they arrived on site as scheduled and worked tirelessly for nearly 4 days to do all the repair work, replace all the fascia boards, replace some of the missing cladding that had also come off in places, and install a complete set of new gutters. Each day when the crew left they tidied up the site very nicely, and at the end of the project the yard was completely clean. They worked very carefully with a lot of attention to detail. The outcome is that we now have gutters as well as fascia boards and cladding that all look spectacular! We are very pleased with their work."

Despite my attempts to coat the roof with aluminum paint and cover any other spots that could be areas of water intrusion, we still had dripping on hard rain days. David came out and talked to me and I shared my own ideas and he recommended a solution. He was straightforward with me and I appreciated that advice. We talked about replacing a gutter as well. The previous roofing estimate that I had received was from a person who immediately wanted to replace the roof. I had been up on the roof several times and knew that there was a less expensive route to attempt. I really appreciated David telling me what he thought was the root of the problem. He told me that it would be a couple of weeks before they would get to the work. I gave the customer service 4.5 out of 5 because I had to call to find out the date after waiting several days to be notified when they would come out to the property. Also, I had to email the day prior to ensure they were coming so that I would be home. Each communication was met with a prompt response. Even when I asked about a new issue that I discovered, it was responded to that day. The work was done well and the crew cleaned up very well. I went up onto the roof a day after the work was done. We had a hard rain a few days later and the result...no leaks! In addition, Family Roofing discovered another problem that I had with the flue for the gas furnace. This was another issue that I was aware of and I had them replace it on the spot. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend Family Home Improvement for roofing work. I would definitely choose them again!"

"We called Vincent on a Sunday morning for an emergency cleaning since we were leaving for vacation Monday evening. We had a huge flood from the ac unit in our attic and we thought it was due to the gutters being clogged, not allowing the water the properly drain.  When I called he informed me he was located approx. 2 hrs from my home so I immediately thought there was no way he would come out on a Sunday to clean gutters.  However, he called back and offered to send someone if we couldn't find another company.  We agreed to a time and Jamie showed up at 2:00 and immediately went to work.  He also went in the attic to check the issue.  Although, the gutters were not the issue the service and response time was fantastic.  I would highly recommend using them."
