"Great Folks - Knew exactly what was wrong and what to do about it. Explained the septic system that had been installed when the house was built.  Very Honest....  (means a lot these days).  They could have very easily told me the problem was something else and charged me a lot of money instead of the very little amount they charged.  Actually, they should have charged more for the time and work they put into finding the real problem and hand digging the line. I am late writing this review since the work was done about a year ago - but it is still working perfectly.   I will always use 1st Choice Septic - THEY ARE GREAT - AND I AM NOT EASILY PLEASED !  So many companies try to over-charge and get done as soon as possible and most times don't even repair the problem correctly.  1st Choice took the time and effort to find the problem and repair it correctly without over charging.  I was quite impressed !

"It all went very well. I called Jim on Monday, Tuesday he had a guy come give me an estimate and by Wednesday at noon the work was done. The crew was nice and did a great job installing the covers and replacing my damaged gutter. They explained why the gutters they replaced were holding water -- poor installation by builders -- and actually adjusted the alignment of my other gutters to optimized the water flow. I didn't even know I had misaligned gutters. All in all I am a satisfied customer."

Andrew, Brad and Jason were very professional, cleaned up all the debris in my gutters and tightened up some loose gutters as well. They did a great job, cleaned up and had great attitudes. They treated my house like it was their house. Awesome crew! They also answered my questions. I will hire them again and may look into their other services such as gutter guard."
