I called Ken to see if he can come out and do the deleading job as the closing was less than 3 weeks away. He was able to quickly get the job done in time (only 1 day whereas other contractors said 2 days). He was extremely reasonably price (one the very low end of the quotes I got). There was one quote that was lower, but given his customer service he had provided I went with Ken and it was a great decision. He was able to schedule a lead inspector for the same day and we passed the inspection. I actually needed his assistance with another job small job in order for me to sell the house (not lead related). He was able to go back to my home the very next day and get what I needed!!
