"The house we bought had an existing, partially finished, unpermitted basement. We hired Crystal Renovations to re-do the space so it would be functional, more in line with our taste & permitted. They made the laundry room an actual room as opposed to a basement area with a washer & dryer, took down the drop ceiling & replaced it with a real ceiling, took out the 1984 glass block surround to the shower & replaced with drywall, repaired stairs going down to the area & laid new floor throughout. Pedro & his crew were incredibly efficient - the whole process took around 10 days. We were fortunate & they didn’t run into any unforeseen issues once all the demo was done, so the final cost was in line with what had been quoted & the modifications we agreed to. They transformed an ugly, afterthought of a basement into an entire new living space to our house that is functional & looks fantastic. We would definitely hire them again & highly recommend."

"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. We then thought we'd just throw in a change of toilet and that then revealed a serious flooring problem. We ended up remodeling the small bathroom and Jeff did a great job. "I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late).
