"Never pay them in full until the job is 100% complete. I made the mistake of paying them in full after their first visit to fix my leaky roof. They then no-showed with no warning 4 scheduled follow-up visits. I filed a successful dispute with my credit card company. Only after the charge was reversed did they finally return and finish the work over two more days. Lesson learned the hard way. Never again."
