"I hired Moses Field Home Improvement to restore a downstairs laundry and bathroom damaged by a sewer line back-up. The contract called for the work to be finished within five days.. Over the course of two weeks, crews would not show up at the time promised or came without paint or supplies. The project manager would promise times for crew arrival and they came hours later or not at all. It was nearly impossible to reach the project manager by phone and he did not respond to texts in a timely way. Ultimately, nearly two weeks into a job that was to take five days, the project manager admitted he could not promise that the crews would show up to finish the job and offered the treat the contract as terminated without my having to pay the balance due. I took that offer and hired another firm that managed to finish the work in a day and a half. I would not hire this firm again."

"Jared and his team, Allen and Brandon, were stellar. We had them update our half bathroom and entry way tiles. They also updated our laundry room tiles and the hearth over our fireplace. They did a first rate job. We actually added on a couple of projects when they were here and they did them without question and were very fair with the add ons. Overall, they were very fair with pricing . One important note...Jared was excellent about responding to texts and emails regarding questions about the project. He is probably one of the best contractors we have worked with. If or more likely, when, I need a contractor, we will use North Star Remodel without question."
