"Heaven's Best came to my rescue in April 2017. I was new to Las Vegas and hired someone to clean our house from top to bottom BEFORE we moved in; this didn't happen and everything in a turmoil, nothing completed, or even began. "Jack Waldron, the owner of Ultimate Finish Stone Tile and Grout is terrific.  He and his men are punctual, responsive to any problems (very few) and did a great job of cleaning, polishing, repairing cracks in marble floors and granite and marble countertops.  The floors in all areas have been restored to looking brand new.  The kitchen floor had many black marks, cracks etc.  It now looks better than it ever looked.  They came back when needed, met with my son and came out when they said they would.  I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good workmanship, reliability and trustworthiness.  Next time you need work like this done, you should choose Ultimate Finish Stone Tile and Grout.  Keep in mind that I was living in Florida and <br>trying to get this work done from a distance.  i could not have asked for any better experience than the one i had with Ultimate Finish Stone Tile and Grout.  I have already recommended them to a friend!"

"Technicians were on time, explained the different chemicals they could use, the spots that needed special treatment and how much time it would take.  They started immediately and never stopped until the work was complete.  Very nice people including the office contact.  They cleaned up and gave us shoe protectors if we needed to walk on the carpet.  The covers were to protect the carpet while it was drying.  Got up this morning and carpet is completely dry as the technician stated.  They instructed us on up keep and to call them if any spots resurfaced.  Sometimes that happens.  I was impressed with the entire organization and this company should be recommended by Angie's list. <br />"
