"I originally hired J2 cleaning for my carpet cleaning throughout entire home on June 12, 2017. They were the only company that responded right away as I had called on a weekend. Service was scheduled and service was done, the guy was punctual and pleasant. I gave them a B on my original review because there was an area between two rooms where the stains reappeared the next day. J2 called me and asked to come out and redo the area. We scheduled a day and time and the same guy arrived promptly and redid the area I wasn't happy with. It came out beautifully and to date has not reappeared! I was so pleased that they cared enough to call and ask to try to remove the stain completely. This does not happen often in my experience. I will definitely recommend J2 Carpet Cleaners and I have changed my review from a B to an A!"

"David and his son are very professional. They respond fast, communicated well, and arrived right on time on the day of the consult and appointment. David is very knowledgeable and recommended a lot of methods and products to keep and maintain the sealant he applied. During the actual sealant process he would stop and allow me to check his work in real time. Before he left he double checked that our floors and counters were sealed and dried. Would recommend to anyone looking to seal their floors or counters. I felt like I received very high quality work at a reasonable price."
