"Contacted Matt Woodruff on 1/2;   he came out the same day and inspected wall damage caused by a roof leak into my family room. Matt explained what needed to be done and stated they could probably finish the job in two days.  We agreed they would start on 1/6 and Matt and Gabe showed up promptly when promised.  When a large TV console was moved from a different wall, additional wall damage was discovered:  not a problem.  Even the with additional work, the job was completed within two days as estimated. They did a beautiful job, moved all furniture back in place, and left the room in order.  After dealing with roof repairs (and a couple other not-so-professional contractors) for more than a month, working with Matt and Gabe was a breath of fresh air.  Both were very professional, very pleasant, and obviously know their business.  I intend to do some remodeling later this year and intend to do business with Axiom again.  I would definitely recommend them to others,  without hesitation.  My home is back in order and I am a happy camper!!"

"<p>It was excellent job his prices were reasonable he was on time. He cleaned up after his self he did not leave a mess. We had a sink that was not draining well he cleaned that out as well. We had a leak somewhere outside he fixed that, he painted the garage door he did a beautiful job on that as well. Plus he replaced all my batteries in the smoke detectors. I would highly recommend Curt. He did all the little things that we asked him without hesitation. Curt even fixed our window blind, the cord would not come down right and he got it to work. </p>"

I researched on AL to find someone that fit the bill.  I found several handymen that had good ratings, but several also had a fair amount of D or F ratings....more than average.   I find the negative reviews to tell me the most ....are they just nut case customers or are they legit issues and how or if did the contractor respond....  Rick was 100% positive reviews....he had no need to apologize for bad ones!!</p> <p>I called Rick...answered immediately, and totally understood what I needed and was able to give me a quote. He picked up the vents I wanted from Home Depot and installed them a week later. He called me (as promised) a couple of days in advance to work out details.  The job was done very nicely ...he and my neighbor sent photo's of the completed work.  Bottom line, I was able to trust Rick and his work from a very long distance.  He also offered me a 10% senior discount.
