"The owner Shelby was prompt in responding to my call for an estimate and was always on time when the work was started. If for any reason he was running late he notified me of his delay. Shelby always kept me up to date on the progress of the job. The crew were very neat and cleaned up after themselves before they left for the day. As suspected once the tear down was complete they found <br /> water damage. There was some extra work that needed to be done and it did push out the completion date. Shelby is very meticulous with his work, he takes his time and makes sure the work is done right. The cost of the job did go over my budgeted price but the quality of the work made it worthwhile.
