"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"It was a fair job. One man came to do the work. I had specified before that due to allergies we needed the beds pulled away from the wall, so the whole area under the bed could be cleaned as well. I didn’t watch him every moment, but I don’t think he moved the beds to clean as I had requested. I was a little disappointed because of this. The price was fair though, but I’m not sure I would do it again."

"They were excellent, I would highly recommend. Everyone was very professional and showed up right when they said they would. They were gentle and everything arrived intact. They had us on the road in no time."

"I had no difficulty in reaching them to schedule an appointment.  Prior to the day of my appointment, however,  I received a call stating that my appointment was being cancelled due to a rainy weather forecast for the next day. (it did not rain the next day even though there was a SLIGHT chance of rain).   I called them back and asked why they were deciding to cancel my appointment without asking for my input, I am the customer after all.   They then said they could come out if I wanted them too.  This struck me as bizarre behavior.  Nevertheless, I rescheduled my appointment for about 10 days later, first appointment of the day.  They showed up within the two hour time window.  One person did the inside windows and two other people did the outside.  They did a satisfactory job for what they charged.  They did skip some windows that were part of my back door and windows on the garage.  I would not hire them again, even though they were cheap, I really got what I paid for, which was a cheap window cleaning job.  Spend a few dollars extra to get a job done right.  Their effort was nothing on the level of what I would do in washing windows.

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Boulevard, CA

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
