Motion sensors are cheap looking and do not inspire confidence. Tech support answered quickly and walked me through a technical question about adding a second keypad to the system. Cellular communications are far superior to ADT system at previous house. I do not like the contract renewal clause."

I like the fact that I can check, arm and disarm the system remotely. I receive a text very quickly every time the alarm is armed or disarmed. They didn't give me all the information that I needed, and I had to keep going back to them to ask more questions, but they were fast in giving the answer. The project took a while, but that is the way it is. I started the process in October, and they didn't get the final approval until December, and they didn't get the material until the end of March, they then got it done in two days. They were very professional, very polite, and respectful. The guys that they had, called me out and explained what they were doing, and then they went ahead and did it. I really liked that part. I did not like that after they were paid, and I had questions, I did not get responses. Their price was high. I had about 8 proposals, and theirs was the highest. I went with him, because he was very professional."
