"Bought an abandon grain elevator site and encountered a solid concrete pour from the basement floor to above the main floor subfloor. Fifty year old concrete with up to 1 inch rock for fill was extremely hard. Their initial attempt with hand tools was working, but slow & extremely hard work. Electric jackhammers did little more than scratch it. They quit for that day & returned with a standup machine. Industrial shopvacs prevented dusting everything. Mixed & poured thinset to give me a perfectly smooth level surface to laminate floor over. All work was done promptly, cleanly and in a professional manner."

"The floors in our older home were beginning to show signs of wear and tear-- their protective coating was literally peeling off the tops of boards.  I called Jody to request a quote and he scheduled a time to come out promptly within the week.  Jody was professional, easy to talk to, and had the quote emailed to us the next day.  Another local company (Barnum Floors) gave us a quote too, which was very comparable.  However, Wildwood Floors was able to begin work on our floors a little over a week after the initial quote, whereas we would wait a little over a month and a half to fit in the schedule for Barnum.  So, we went with Wildwood! <br> <br>We in no way regret our decision.  The team Jody sent-- two guys whose names I've unfortunately forgotten-- was very professional.  On the first day of work, they sat down with us with a section of unfinished boards and applied all of the different stains we could choose from to them in front of us, along with a protective coating to see how they would finish.  There were 5 stains set out initially, which was enough for us, but they had more with them if nothing was grabbing our eye.  We chose Spice Brown, which has turned out fantastically. <br> <br>The team showed up early each morning to get started, left in the afternoon or early evening (depending on what was being done that day), and had the floors clean and their tools neatly stored by the end of the day.  It was always the same two guys, so they would know what was going on and what needed to be done.  We would get a text each day letting us know what all had been done that day and whether or not we could walk on the floors (I'm sure they would call, too, if that's your preference).  The work was completed in just five days.  It was originally set to be four, but due to our schedules, the team had to hold off on applying a second coat of stain one of the days, which pushed us forward. <br> <br>Our finished floors look fantastic.  They are more even due to the sanding process, the gaps between boards have disappeared, and the team replaced a board in our living room which (for reasons I will never understand) the previous owners drilled a 2 inch hole through-- I can't tell which board it is anymore.  The stain is evenly applied, the protective coating is doing its job.  No more chipping!  We have been living with the finished floors for about a month now and I foresee no issues. <br> <br>Long story short, Wildwood Floors is competitively priced, professional, trustworthy, meticulous, and efficient.  I have already recommended them to friends and would in no way hesitate to have them do any work on my floors in the future. <br> <br>"

"Integrity was very professional. We are in the process of moving 2.5 hours away and house is on the market. With two kids, a good cleaning was necessary. (Our carpet probably needs replaced.) I setup the appointment by phone, I received reminders, and was notified when the cleaning was done. "Jim was very responsive throughout my whole experience doing business with him, starting with my first phone call. He listened well, heard what I wanted, and visited with me at my house later that evening. He proposed the steps involved and gave me a verbal quote right there and later a written quote in the amount slightly over $1/SF, which is a very competitive price. Since I had a fairly small project, I asked him if he could squeeze it into his schedule sooner rather than later. He was currently contracted for a much much larger project about 60 miles away, but said he had a little bit of room in that schedule to work in my project early the very next week (only a few days after phoning him). <br /> He was very professional. Carefully removing doors and quarter-round at the baseboards. He did a very nice job buffing, cleaning, and recoating. Also, he uses the finest German-made product that he feels is the best on the market. I had to return to my work, and so I trusted Jim to lock the door when he finished and left. The next morning when the floor was dry he rehung all the doors and re-installed the quarter-round--and did a skillful clean job of all that. He is very pleasant to be around, and I could tell from the beginning that he was a trustworthy person, so I felt comfortable leaving my house to him alone. <br /> In the end, the floors turned out great. I was very pleased with Jim's work and so glad everything went smoothly and quickly. I am especially grateful that he genuinely respected my desire to get the job done soon, even though it was such short notice for him and this was a relatively small job compared to the others he was currently working on. I really got my money's worth. <br /> I would hire him again, and I recommend him to for you any of your hardwood flooring work. <br /> <br /> <br />"
