"We hired Jim Longden in 2023 to install flooring in our dining room, kitchen, and downstairs bathroom. He also installed a vanity, sink, and toilet for us. He claimed he was capable of doing that work and we hired him in good faith. He made some egregious errors which caused flooding and water damage that was discovered in 2024. Uber our toilet the blocking was gone and the hole under our toilet was too big. He also never sealed the toilet in the floor so you could just wiggle it around in the bathroom floor! A professional contractor would never make these mistakes. Water leaked underneath our bathroom, kitchen, and dining room floors and they all had to be torn out. We had to pay for the repairs out of our own pocket so we are currently $30,000 in debt. We are still fighting with his insurance to pay for this! DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. "

"Two stars because the work was eventually finished, but they left work partially completed with a dormer exposed to rain for several weeks. They also sent a finished work certification before the work was done to ask me to certify that it was complete. The owner discounted the work slightly, but it was a bad experience that delayed the house renovation and I do not recommend this contractor to others"

"Eli came out and re graded a whole residential yard for me along with taking out and reinstalling a rock bed on the side of my house. He did a great job and I highly recommend Precision Works for anything excavating related! Eli is a super nice guy, very professional, and is very fair with his pricing! He was very honest with the whole job from start to finish!! If you don't hire this company, you will be letting yourself down!"

"Contracted the brothers to do a 10X10 deck in July 2023 and they made the committment to come finish the job and my phone calls have gone unanswered. True I made the final payment and trusted them,my bad. However,unless you want to pay for incomplete work PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS."
