When I answered the door and told him it was only 6:45, he said that his truck said 7:00 and he doesn't go by the customer's time! I think 6:45 is too early for any service man to be knocking on the door. He was not able to fix or repair the door bell but he was able to identify any issues with electrical outlets. He made some negative comments about people from "third world" countries doing electrical work that resulted in him coming out and doing things right. Inappropriate comment."
