Unfortunately, the situation only got worse from there—he rescheduled our agreed date, canceled on the second, and then offered to send someone out at 7:30pm, well past a reasonable time. While the work was okay, if you value punctuality and reliability, I would suggest looking elsewhere."

Claimed they ordered part, then found out they didn’t order the part, then they schedule an appointment and didn’t show up. Dispatch was rude and they didn’t return calls and messages. Same company misdiagnosed my mom’s HVAC system and she ended up getting it replaced only to find it still kept shutting off because it was a gas regulator that was the problem all along."

"They installed our AC system; that went fine. But several years later, when it needed repair. They came out and looked at the problem, and then ghosted me. They didn't return my multiple calls. When I finally got somebody else to come out to look at the problem, they told me that the warranty had just expired on the part that needed replacing. Putting 2 +2 together, Buric ghosted me to run out the clock on my warranty for the repair of the product they installed. Would you ever hire anybody who behaves like that???"
