"I decided to cancel the repair because of cost. They made a repair that will last for a year or two and I will pay the price when this unit dies. A repair was $1,200 and a replacement was $4,300. Just too much."

"By far the most professional and customer friendly company I found after an exhaustive search to replace a single zone high wall ductless system. They responded without delay and were able to perform the work the next day. The Service representative who did the survey for a quote (Nick) was very knowledgeable, understood what I was looking for and provided a quote accordingly. "JDL called within 30 min of placing my request and set up a visit. They evaluated my AC unit and agreed to repair, despite its age (more than 20 years old!). The cost was a fraction of a new unit. we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr. 

We are very happy.
