"Some of the worst service and product I have ever received. Drapes did not fit the windows after the roomsbeautiful "specialists" did their measurements. Drapes arrived crumpled into a small box- which require professional steaming and ironing to straighten. Even so, they tell me if can do it myself, and the drapes looks even worse after ironing. The lining that THEY selected for me looks like reflective trash bags up in my windo from outside. I also expressed concern that I should only get one window treated first as a test, before committing to all 5- and the roomsbeautiful agent persuaded me to just do all 5. So I spend 2000 on these Drapes, which I will never in a thousand years put up in my home. And they won't accept refunds, and they only take zelle payments which cannot be reversed or argued. So WARNING: do not trust this company, and do NOT give them your money!!!"

"Empire came out on 10/18/24 to give me a quote to replace the ceramic tile in my master bath. The salesman's name was Mason. While he was there, he quoted $2,700 but applied a 5% discount because I'm a veteran. Today is 10/31/24 and I have yet to have the quote emailed to me. I tried calling Mason several times but he never answered the call. I texted Mason several times and he still hasn't emailed me the quote. I'd been on the phone several times with their corporate customer service and they said they submitted a ticket to the local store asking them to call me. They also told me after dialing the national phone number, and you selected option 0, the phone would be routed to the local store. I tried this several times and never could anyone to answer the phone. So here it is 10/31/24 and still no quote. I give up!"
