He came back Immediately when I had a water gauge issue for my water meter ( installed 7 years ago) and replaced it on the spot. "Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."

"Eric gave me an estimated time when he could do the work and showed up exactly when he said he would. For this job the work was done on a time and materials basis. He was very neat and left everything clean. The installation was quality work. His price was fare. The only things to note are if you live in an older house (mine was built in '67) he will ask you to turn off the main water supply or ask that you contact the town to replace your water shut off valve. The other thing to note is that he is not a fan of Toto toilets because he has had problems with them leaking. I am a fan of them but he did install it with some grumbling. It was installed successfully and doesn't leak. The cost for the work was $945. I would and have recommended Eric."
