"My family recently purchased a home that is 10 years old and during the inspection, an issue came up with the safety mechanism that keeps the garage door from closing down on an obstruction (like your car, kid, or pet). I called ABC Garage and the customer service was very thorough in explaining that older models to not have that feature, so she walked me through the various models and pricing in case we wanted to replace the unit. We have young kids, so I knew we'd probably want to go with the upgrade. The day of the service call, the technician arrived promptly and verified that the current system was old enough that it didn't have this safety feature. We discussed the options again (he had all three models in his van) and he installed it promptly. When that was completed, he also showed how the garage door itself could use to be adjusted so it made less noise when opened. I was happy to pay the additional fee to get that resolved. All told, it was a very positive experience - professional, thorough, friendly, and timely. There is a 5-year warranty on the unit and 1-year labor warranty, but I expect this product to last much longer in the future."

"Everything went excellent.  The estimator came out to my house and arrived right when he said he would.  He took a quick stroll around the house and measured the windows.  He gave me a quick pitch on the quality of the windows and then the price.  There wasn't any games or trying to up sell me on silly things like some of the other vendors.  Later that week the installers came out and did a much more through measurement of the windows and told me the job would take about six hours to complete. 
A couple weeks later I was called to say the windows had arrived and I scheduled them to come out later that week.  The installers arrived on time and went straight to work.  One thing I will say is the installers do A LOT of work.  I was a little worried through the process they were going to leave things unfinished, but they took care of everything before telling me they were finished.  As you are going through the process, keep the faith, it will all get finished.  They finished in about six and half hours, which is because one original window was installed improperly and they had a little extra work on it. 
I would not hesitate to recommend Supreme Window and Door to any of my neighbours, friends or family. 
On a side note, the first guy that came out to my house suggested that I get a triple pane window in what will be the nursery.  I decided to trust him and it was a great decision.  After the new window was installed I looked out it behind my house and saw some of the neighbourhood kids playing in the backyard.  It took me a second to realize I couldn't hear them!  The extra pane really cut down on the sound and I'm very glad he talked me into it.

"This job was part of a whole house painting job the company did on a single family house I was putting on the market. It has two levels of hardwood floors, 15 windows and one patio door. There is a kitchen and two full bath an powder room. The crew did a great job, especially with the professional range (Wolf 36") and range hood (Vent-a-Hood, 900 cfm) that saw some heavy cooking over the past few years. They did miss two windows. I'm sure if I pointed out in time, Amilcar will work on them. But given the great job they did overall, I have nothing to complain. Amilcar is very responsible and responsive. "William from Boston Windows was exceedingly professional and up front. I called him for a quote to replace the windows in my townhouse. He was able to come to my house the next day to take measurements. He has been doing installations since he was 16 and had alot of knowledge. Prior to the visit, he had me send some photos of my windows to try to gage the price of the job better as well. Long story short, Mr. Boston tried to price match one of my quotes for me, but there ended up being a problem with the way my windows were cut in the townhouse on the outside, which would have increased the cost of the job by several hundred dollars because he has to pay staff to do it (vs. the other company, whose labor is all in-house). In other words, he couldn't match the price after all because I was already offered a discount from the other company and the job was so complicated. The other window companies would not have paid attention to the level of detail Mr. Boston had specified, but I ended up making my decision due to budget reasons. Mr. Boston even went and looked at my neighbor's windows to compare the architecture (since town houses are supposed to be built the same). Mr. William did not pressure me in a sale like some other companies and was up front about the cost and what I was going getting myself into if I went with X, Y, or Z. He told me flat out, that if the other similar company could keep everything in-house and could cut me a really good deal, I should go with them. Because of that, I really appreciate it. I would recommend giving BWD windows a chance if you are on the market for windows; he will try his best to work with the prices, being a one-man shop. If you have a really complicated job that would significantly affect the functioning of your house however, I would also recommend having his expertise on the job. I will be calling him if I ever need a repair on a window or door down the line."
