"The handyman named David that was sent for the job was polite at first, then as the project continued on, made some rather off color comments that were unappreciated but ignored because I wanted the job finished. It took several days to complete the job and at the end, the job was NOT done right. The handyman was adamant that he had completed the service correctly and insisted that the door was faulty. I called Home Depot where I purchased the door, they sent 2 specialist out to the house and within 15 min they found that the door was indeed installed incorrectly. I called Handyman Connection and they sent David back out to fix the door, at no extra cost. He again made some off color remarks and again I ignored them because I just wanted the door fixed properly. I was still not satisfied when he finished, but he stated there was nothing else he could do. I waited a day or so then called the company back and insisted they send a different handyman out to correct the mistakes. The company asked for reasons why I was requesting someone else and I explained everything to them. The woman I spoke with was very apologetic and insisted that the problem would be addressed. A different handyman came out to correct the job and he did a wonderful job and was very polite. He refused to leave until I was completely satisfied. I am unsure if I would use this company again. If I do, I will request the second handyman that came out and did the job right. <br />"

Jim at A Plus Handyman gave us a very good estimate and despite bad weather, he was able to replace the roof quickly and weatherize it before the interior of the garage was damaged. "I wish I had found Reliant Assembly first!!  When I called Reliant Assembly, Kenny was very polite, professional and knowledgable about my basketball goal and the installation process. After agreeing upon the date, he kept us informed about the timing and process for my installation.  During phase 1 (2 part process), he showed up and did what was necessary for phase 1.  Because of the weather/scheduling, phase 2 was looking to fall on a holiday weekend (Memorial Day).  Kenny knew and understood I had 2 little boys who were chomping at the bit to have their basketball goal installed, so instead of scheduling phase 2 for after the holiday (potentially 3 additional days), he came on on Sunday of the Memorial Day weekend to complete the job.  The result is a phenomenal basketball goal and 2 ecstatic little boys (and parents)!  Thank you Kenny (Reliant Assembly) for making this installation process flow so smoothly.   <br /> One last thing, as Kenny was leaving, I inquired about a mechanical issue I was having with my garage door opener and without hesitation not only did he take a look at it...he fixed it saving me a large deductible!  I would 1000 %  recommend Reliant Assembly and will definintely use them again for any future installation/assembly needs. <br />"

"I called four appliance repair companies and two said they did not service Bosch (strange because Bosch is the industry benchmark for dishwashers). One referred me to Master Appliance Repair because he was booed solid for several days. I called and Paul, the owner, said he could be at my house the same afternoon. The tech came and replaced the valve in my 8-year old dishwasher. The dishwasher did not work after the new valve and we called Paul. He came late the same day after 5:00 and unhooked the stopper which had been lodged out of place--no charge. Paul was GREAT. He is responsive and knows appliances well--even picked his brain for a new refrigerator we plan on getting. I highly recommend Master--excellent business acumen, friendly, honest, and super knowledgable."

"It was a great experience. Very professional and respectful of our budget concerns. He listened to our ideas and vision. The difference between the price of our estimate and final price was very close. Any additions in cost were due to us expanding the cost such as replacing the vanity in the guest bath, adding a marble face to the soaking tub in the master bath and adding additional tile detail to the master bath shower. Dave and his team were also very helpful in finding better cost alternatives for our goals, but also giving us the more expensive options as well. It allowed us to make the best decision for us. Dave and his wife Michelle came out to look at both baths. The guest bath was straight forward. It need to be updated, but the footprint did not need to change. Our master bath was a little different. It is a very large room and it had a crazy step up into the shower. To keep costs lower we agreed not to change the footprint ,but Dave & Michelle suggested we investigate eliminating the step up to the shower to extend the length. Luckily there was no structural reason to keep the step up and we now have the extended luxury spa shower you see in magazines:-) We had a great experience with all of the vendors that Dave used which is not always the case when you do a large job. They were all professional, cleaned up at the end of install and took pride in their work. The shower door in the guest bath was not completely level. Dave had the vendor out and a new door was put on. The granite company Dave worked with was fantastic. They installed the threshold for the master bath shower, trim on top of the shower half wall and top deck for the soaking tub. We discussed painting the front of soaking tub and I really wanted another piece of the marble installed on the front. Dave called the company, got an estimate that was more reasonable than expected and got them back to install the front piece. It was a bear to move and install due to the weight, but Dave made it happen:-) I also need to mention Dave's team. They were so professional and cleaned up after every days work. It was a pleasure having them work at our house and both our dog Harley and I miss them. As with all projects you have minor issues that need to be followed up on. One text to Dave and he or his team were back promptly to handle the details. I would be happy to use them again for a project."
