"I definitely recommend Tommy and his crew. Our well pump stopped working and we didnâ t have any water. Tommy came out and determined what was wrong for free, gave me an accurate estimate. They were able to replace everything that day and get us water back. They were good natured and hard working, finishing the job in the dark. Came back the next day and cleaned out all our faucets, clearing the sediment stirred up from the new pump. All things considered, it was a very positive experience."

"A few days before the end of the year our HVAC needed to be replaced (leak and mold). After shopping around, we decided to hire SwiftPro for the job based on their competitive price and excellent reviews. Tyler advised us extremely well, spent a lot of time answering our questions and sharing his extensive professional knowledge with us even on a Saturday evening. He made us feel 100% supported and understood. And he even managed to schedule the replacement before the end of 2024 in order for us to get a consequent tax rebate. Efrain showed up on time the day of and spent the entire day installing our new bundle (HVAC, compressor and heat pump.) We could not be happier with SwiftPro's team and are very grateful to have found them. We cannot recommend them enough."

"Changed sump pump and added battery backup"

"Excellent - within 15 minutes of initial call at 8:30 on Sunday morning, I had an estimate. By 1:00pm the work was done and everything was back to normal. Clean and professional. They placed drop cloths and took great care of our home. They cleaned up completely after the job was done. The price was a bit higher than I was expecting, but I was willing to pay a bit more to have the work done promptly on Sunday, rather than waiting until sometime Monday for another contractor. The Job was a replacement of a 75 gallon Natural Gas Water Heater, including removal and disposal of the old unit."

"The first night the alarm they installed to notify us of a water leak went off and we discovered the water supply tube had broken. We turned if off and notified them in the morning. They apologized and sent out one of the same installers that afternoon. While the problem was with the manufacturers product MEP took full responsibility and immediately provided us with a new copper tube to replace the original plastic one. There has not been any other issues since then. We continue to enjoy having this product enhance our home. We highly recommend MEP to all!"

"Tri‑County Pumps delivered outstanding service. Our water went out on Saturday, and by Monday morning they had us prioritized and on the schedule. Austin and Raymond arrived before 8:30 AM, diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and replaced our well pump with professionalism and efficiency — even in extreme heat and on a steep hill. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. We trust Tri‑County Pumps completely and will continue using them for all future service needs. — Robert & Sonita"

"Great. They arrived on time and were able to access the piping for the hose bib without completely removing the paneling. Upon installation of new bib, they touched up the paneling and molding with my leftover paint. They were very professional in completing the job and cleaned up after. I also had them install a shelf in my bathroom. That task also went well. I was very impressed with the company and felt comfortable with them in my home. Hire them!"

"The service went fine.  I wanted them to test if the carbon monoxide was leaking or something for the safety and also do the cleaning.  The guy that came out, didn't do any cleaning.  The good side was that he found that it was leaking; but the other hand, he said the machines were pretty old.  He can give some special price, if I want to make some major repairs.  I was not interested because of my purpose in the beginning was just to check the safety.  On the other hand, I was disappointed because he didn't do anything about the cleaning.  He came on time.  I got what I paid for.  The price was okay because he didn't charge more.  He tried to answer all my questions.  He came on the appointed day."

"We recently purchased our home and wanted a thorough inspection of the sump pump and battery backup system. Jeff came and advised us that we would need a new battery because our battery went bad. He also recommended that though our primary sump pump was working, it should be replaced soon. Both sump pump and battery were original to the house and about 9 years old. A week later, while we were out of town, our battery exploded and we called Jeff to replace the battery and sump pump. We were able to get an appointment that week and he and his assistant came and replaced everything, including a new check valve in a timely manner. He even disposed of our damaged battery. The sump pump is running smoothly and we have a sense of relief that we will not have to worry about it for several years. We would use his service again."

"Really a nice guy. He explained the issue and how to fix it. He even identified another water pipe problem and suggested a repair. He was done quickly and cleaned up totally. He followed Covid 19 health regulations as well. Hire Greg to get things done."
