"The first night the alarm they installed to notify us of a water leak went off and we discovered the water supply tube had broken. We turned if off and notified them in the morning. They apologized and sent out one of the same installers that afternoon. While the problem was with the manufacturers product MEP took full responsibility and immediately provided us with a new copper tube to replace the original plastic one. "The service went fine.  I wanted them to test if the carbon monoxide was leaking or something for the safety and also do the cleaning.  The guy that came out, didn't do any cleaning.  The good side was that he found that it was leaking; but the other hand, he said the machines were pretty old.  He can give some special price, if I want to make some major repairs.  I was not interested because of my purpose in the beginning was just to check the safety.  On the other hand, I was disappointed because he didn't do anything about the cleaning.  He came on time.  I got what I paid for.  The price was okay because he didn't charge more.  He tried to answer all my questions.  He came on the appointed day."

"We recently purchased our home and wanted a thorough inspection of the sump pump and battery backup system. Jeff came and advised us that we would need a new battery because our battery went bad. He also recommended that though our primary sump pump was working, it should be replaced soon. Both sump pump and battery were original to the house and about 9 years old. A week later, while we were out of town, our battery exploded and we called Jeff to replace the battery and sump pump. We were able to get an appointment that week and he and his assistant came and replaced everything, including a new check valve in a timely manner. He even disposed of our damaged battery. The sump pump is running smoothly and we have a sense of relief that we will not have to worry about it for several years. We would use his service again."
