"Felt kind of bad for the installer on the day he came to set up our alarm package. He was clearly brand new, and struggled a bit to get everything working correctly. However, he called his manager a few times to help with troubleshooting and in the end all got done. Took longer than it should have, but the gentleman was extremely nice and apologetic. They threw in a couple of extra motion sensors for the basement to make up for the long visit. Extremely nice touch and customer service. Still giving 5 stars."

In the past, I hired an electrician to hard wire the ring camera, but it never worked consistently. Even after 5 separate attempts to fix it, changing the transformers. However Future2000 Technologies fixed the problem!"

He charges your account twice a month so if you get this service make sure you pay attention to him charging you account. He a f******* dirt bag who tell customer they have to they account connected so he can charge it without your authorization. This motherf***** is not fit to handle real customers and I will highly go to a more legitimate company like ADT, BRINKS the real company not his contract a** LLC."
