They are very polite and did not push me rather they tried to understand what I had in mind. They did not give me a price in 5 minutes. Instead, they took a day to figure that out. The price and timeline are given together and worked for me. Quick and I thought it reasonable. They completed all work in 8 days and this was a gut reno. Full bathroom tile walls, all new- toilet, vanity and mirror, a light fixture above, 2 new high hats, new electrical and plumbing, new shower fixture and valve, mosaic shampoo niche and shower floor, and beautiful frameless glass shower doors. "So far we are happy with the quality of the replacement of our shower. That?s SO FAR. As of this post the job has yet to be completed even though the salesman (Wayne Craig) assured us multiple times that the job would be completed in 2 1/2 to 3 days at the longest. The original date of installation was set on 1/29 but I was contacted an hour after the time they were to arrive that they needed to reschedule. We rescheduled the work for 2/8. Joe showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. However when we talked about the job taking 3 days, he explained that was impossible because he couldn?t take measurements for the door and glass until he was finished with the stone installation. I told him I was told otherwise and he called Pietro to explain this misunderstanding. He was very apologetic and said he would keep me up to date when the door and glass was ready and set a date for installation. I finally called Pietro on 2/20. Still not completed. Disappointing."
