I got his information from a neighborhood group after two previous estimates, the first one I discarded for being unprofessional and the second one obtained through Angies list with great reviews but unfortunately I did not hire them because their estimate on the low four digits seemed excessive to me and they were trying to push an annual maintenance plan that I did not think was necessary. It would have cost me the same I ended of paying to KeepingITGreen for the entire repair including a broken pipe. So my third choice was Joe Galang and KeepintITGreen and they were amazing. Their estimate was to the point, professional and more than fair. On the agreed date they showed a little late due to a previous job taking longer than expected, but went straight to work. They even found a broken line that they explained was robbing the system of pressure. So they fixed it. "Let Jose know my budget was $2500. After going back and forth I agreed to $2800. After they started work I was asked to fix additional items. Examples: There we 2 sprinkler heads that were broken ($40, per head). That turned to 4 springler heads. The charge was $475 for that. I have three small back yard entrances where white stones were put down. That charge was $900. I was told the sprinkler timer was only working on one zone and needed to be replaced. He indicated the digital ones could be up to $800. I said I wanted nothing fancy. Timer was not replaced. I thought this was included. The palm trees were supporsed to be trimmed as they were touching the house. As they were leaving I had to reimind them about this. The total cost went from $2800 to $5000+. I felt the prices were high based on agreement of $2800 budget, even with additional items. I had a irrigation specialist come and he said the timer is not broken or stuck in zone one."
